This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Puls (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. Puls is a casual arcade game. You do not need to create an account or sign in to play.
Puls itself does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address or contact details.
The app shows advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may automatically collect and process certain information from your device, including:
This information is used to show ads, to keep the app working, to measure performance, and to prevent fraud. Within the European Union, ads are only personalised if you give consent through the on-screen consent form the first time you open the app; you can withdraw or change your choice at any time.
If you use Game Center, your scores and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy.
Advertising and related analytics are provided by Google AdMob. You can read how Google uses this data here: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
Google is the only third party with whom data from this app is shared. Google is contractually required to provide the same or equal protection of your data as described in this policy and as required by Apple’s App Store guidelines.
Your game progress (high scores, coins, skins, streaks) is stored only on your own device. It is never sent to us, and it is deleted permanently when you delete the app.
We operate no servers and hold no database of users, so there is no account or profile of you for us to retain or delete.
Data collected by Google for advertising is retained and deleted according to Google’s own retention schedule, described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention. To have advertising data associated with your device deleted, or to ask any question about your data, email us at the address below and we will help; you can also reset your advertising identifier at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
If an advertisement in Puls seems inappropriate or does not fit the app’s 4+ age rating, report it via “report an ad” in the app’s info screen, or email us directly. We follow up on every report with Google.
Puls is rated for general audiences (4+). The app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
